Our Process

We perform a no-cost preliminary, high-level budget from the first walk-through.

Phase 1: Matterport

Our scoping process includes a Matterport scan of the property, producing a 3-D dimensional measurement and photographic rendering of the interior.

Phase 2: Inspection

We determine if a licensed inspection, survey, or engineer evaluation is necessary based on project size and scope complexity.

Phase 3: Design

Design recommendations are discussed with the client and sent to our preferred off-shore architect. They promptly develop detailed drawings, take-off and rendering.

Phase 4: Permits

Once plans are finalized, a licensed engineer reviews and stamps drawings for permitting, which is the most efficient method from a cost, time and accuracy standpoint.
