Initial Design & Scope Consultation

Paint color , trim style, flooring options, kitchen cabinets/tops and appliances, bathroom selections for tile, plumbing fixtures, vanity lights, and mirrors for each bathroom, general idea of closet system, and exterior finish selections.

Initial material and finishes spec sheet detailing fixture type/style, placement, and finishes chosen.
Second Consultation

Once the design sheet has been provided and reviewed, there will be an in-person consultation to discuss any major item scope changes that need to be made prior to signing the contract.
Final Consultation

After contract/proposal signing. All choices selected prior will be finalized and approved by the homeowner/investor, as well as confirm any unmentioned/undecided details.
